Sail Away

One thing I love about travelling is picking what clothes to wear. Of course I usually do my research especially if I'm going to a new place, to check the attractions and places to visit, and the conditions and while I do that, I'm simultaneously planning what to wear when I get there. My Goa trip was a week long trip and started with a friend's wedding which left almost no time for exploration, save two days, one of which was this one. Here we went to visit close friends and we stumbled upon this dilapidated old fashioned house that just looked so beautiful from the outside and just had to be the backdrop for my outfit post.

Another thing while travelling is, I always prefer fuss-free clothes, something casual and comfortable and that not only packs easily but also doesn't show too many wrinkles when worn. So I carried my aztec skirt and a few over-sized tank tops which I love to knot or tuck half-way into the waistband of my skirt/denims *cliched*. While Sheehan and Patrick remembered to carry their caps, and I completely forgot to, but, a prop from the wedding reception (that we stole) came handy this time. Sure it was a sailor hat, and Sheehan kept giving me the looks, but I did not succumb to a headache from the harsh sun at the end of the day!
