Between Takes

Midst the rains and many stalled shoots and problems with the RTO, more on that later, we finally had a bit of an eventful day. The shoot for our video went well as planned, even though it suddenly rained in between, seconds later we had so much sun that my legs look really white in most of these pictures!
This is a look from my video, and this turned out to be an impromptu outfit post, thanks to the lovely weather. The streets were damp, and I probably looked like a fool in my 'unsuitable for the rains' footwear, but I had my gumboots behind the camera and quickly changed into them after shooting, as I will not risk spoiling my shoes in the rains, and I really would not advice anyone to as well.
About the look, here's another one of my 'balancing silhouettes and embracing contrasts' example. I picked an almost boyish over-sized sweatshirt and wore it with an extremely feminine fitted skirt. While I kept everything minimal, I cannot survive without my regular wrist stacking, so I chose to go bare where other accessories were concerned. Armed with my mint sling and my favourite sky-high wedges, I worked these popular Bandra steps (judging from the amount of people that stopped to watch 'the show'!
